Poly Ferric Sulfate is an effective coagulant, which functions very well for flocculation and adsorption. It has been widely used in the drinking water, tap water, industrial water & wastewater treatment as well as domestic sewage treatment.
The liquid product is redish browntransparentviscous liquid. The solid product is light yellow amorphous solid.
Properties
- The dosage is smaller than that of aluminum sulfate.
- It has wide-range adaptability to the raw water.
- Don’t need adjust the pH value of the raw water.
- Lead to quick formation of close flocs and rapid precipitation.
- It can be used for color removal, bacteria removal, heavy metal removal, radioactive elements removal as well as for COD and BOD removal.

Application Method & Notes
- The product can be dosed directly or after dilution. The diluted concentration is based on the amount of the dosage and the water quality which is to be treated. And the amount of the dosage is decided according to the experiments.
- The product can not be stored with other chemicals or used with other coagulants.
- This product should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place. Avoid being caught in the rain or being affected with damp in transit.
- The product has some corrosivity. Wear appropriate protective clothing. Avoid skin and eye contact.
- The shelf life is 1 year for the solid product.
